The substitute Bouhaddouz scored past his own goalkeeper with a near post header as he attempted to defend the free-kick taken by Ehsan Hajsafi.
Also on Friday, Portugal will face Spain in a Group B encounter at Fisht Olympic Stadium of Sochi.
